Ongoing supervision of the day-to-day management:


In case a venue is planed, built and operated by an investor or operator who has no history in the operation of an exhibition- or conference center, or does not intend to operate it himself for other reasons - the best solution is to ask us to supervise the whole operation for the first 2 years, or on a permanent basis.


It will not be necessary that we are always on-site. Only the first few weeks will require heavy presence - from then onwards we can reduce on-site days - which reduces cost for you - and makes sure that the local management becomes sellf confident and will be able to manage the centre efficiently at the end of the process.
